We are very proud in the products that we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 10 days and we will gladly offer you a full refund on the product. All sale items and shipping charges are non-refundable. To be eligible for a refund, your item should be returned unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Products must be returned in the original packaging and you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred. We will inspect returned products to ensure qualifications for return have been met.

Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the damaged or defective product, please contact us using the form below and include details with photos of the product. When returning an item, you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
